Vincent Knipp
Vincent Knipp is a Senior Managing Director of Investments in Marcus & Millichap's Dallas office, where he specializes in net lease investment sales across the United States. Vince started his career in the Fort Worth office under the firm's renowned Sales Intern Program in 2007 and became a full-time agent in 2008. In less than two years, he was recognized as the Top Closer in the Fort Worth office and the Top Producer across all product types in 2010. To better serve his clients, Vince transitioned to the firm's Dallas office in 2016, where he focused on self-improvement and the development of other team members. Since then, Vince has been the #1 Net Lease Agent in Texas and consistently ranks in the Top 10 Nationally within Marcus & Millichap's National Retail Group.
Vince graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 2007, with degrees in economics and business administration.

Ryan Wolf
Ryan Wolf joined the firm in 2012 as part of the firm's Sales Intern Program, which is offered to less than five percent of new agents. He focuses on net lease investment sales across the United States, with a heavy emphasis on banks and financial institutions. He works closely with his clients to identify their investment goals, and together, determine the optimal solution to achieve their long-term objectives. His clients look to him for honest answers to many of the challenges facing investors today.
Ryan graduated from The University of North Texas in 2007 and currently resides in Richardson, Texas, with his wife, Jessica, and their two sons.

Jake Stammen
Jake Stammen specializes in the acquisition and disposition of net lease properties throughout the United States. By leveraging the team’s resources and expertise, along with Marcus & Millichap’s national platform, Jake has gained significant traction in an already competitive market. Prior to joining The Knipp Group, Jake researched net lease properties & conducted business development at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, and eventually received the “Top Analyst of The Summer” award.
Jake graduated from Baylor University, with a degree in Professional Selling.
Luke Sullivan
Luke Sullivan specializes in net lease investment sales and acquisitions, with a focus in banks. Luke joined Marcus and Millichap in 2021 as a finance and research analyst. His expertise in the bank sector allows him to offer valuable and practical advice to investors. Through his analytical approach, Luke provides clients with clear options that address their unique investment goals. Luke grew up in Boerne, Texas and graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Economics. Outside of the office, he enjoys watching A&M football, hunting and playing golf
Salim Bhaidani
Salim Bhaidani specializes exclusively in the sale of convenience stores, liquor stores, gas stations and truck stops throughout Texas and its surrounding states. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Salim was a multi-unit gas station owner/operator in Texas and Oklahoma for 15 years, where he gained invaluable experience on the operations side of the business. After selling his business operations in 2020, he honed his brokerage skills with Rayaan Realty Group, where he successfully closed 37 transactions in his first year. Salim holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Symbiosis Law College, University of Pune, India. He currently resides in Colleyville with his wife and two children.
Shane Treviño
Shane Treviño specializes in net lease investment sales and acquisitions, with a particular focus on quick-service restaurants. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Shane honed his brokerage skills at Next Home Our Town, where he specialized in residential real estate and the student housing sector, assisting parent investors in leveraging student cash flows. Shane graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree in professional selling, international business, and entrepreneurship.
