The Knipp Wolf Net Lease Group of Marcus & Millichap Announces the Sale of an Absolute Net Lease 7-Eleven (Stripes) in Corpus Christi, Texas

Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of a 7-Eleven (Stripes) in Corpus Christi, Texas according to Tim A. Speck, division manager in the firm’s Dallas office.

Vincent Knipp, Senior Managing Director Investments, Blake Burnett, First Vice President Investments, and Jake Stammen, associate, in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller.

7-Eleven, Inc. acquired Stripes Convenience Stores and the Laredo Taco Brand in a $3.3 billion deal in 2017. The 4,650-square-foot building was built in 2022 and includes a Laredo Taco Company Restaurant.

“We got this across the finish line with a local buyer at a strong cap rate in the South Texas market,” said Knipp.
