Cineworld reaches bankruptcy settlement with lenders and landlords, gets approval to reject 17 leases

The parent company of Regal Cinemas will be allowed to retroactively reject 17 leases as part of the settlement. The company had attempted to reject 9 additional leases, but landlords of these remaining properties are expected to dispute the rejections at future hearings.

Here are the 17 leases that the U.S. bankruptcy judge is allowing the company to reject:

Florida: 12884 City Center Blvd, Jacksonville

Missouri: 754 Gravois Bluffs Blvd, Fenton

Nevada: 8880 South Eastern Ave, Las Vegas

North Carolina: 750 SW Greenville Blvd, Greenville

Ohio: 18348 Bagley Rd, Cleveland

Oregon: 15995 SW Tualatin Sherwood Rd, Sherwood

Pennsylvania: 185 North West End Blvd, Quakertown

Texas: 8275 Amarillo Blvd. W, Amarillo; 9828 Great Hills Tr, Austin; 700 West Oaks Mall, Houston

Washington state: 5910 South 180th St. in Tukwila
