Commercial Real Estate Agent

Commercial Real Estate Agent

We are looking for an Agent to come join our team in Dallas, Texas. The candidate should be self-driven and highly motivated to achieve success as a real estate professional.

To help you succeed, we will provide a proven track record to leverage with potential clients, a territory set up for success, a robust support staff, and industry-leading mentorship, training, and coaching.

We are looking for people who want to take control of their career, reap what they sow, and ultimately become our long-term partner.

Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert of net-lease real estate—learn what makes a good deal, stay on top of trends, and become capable of providing industry-leading advice to your clients
  • Learn and master the deal cycle—from research and relationship initiation, to securing listing assignments, to navigating through and closing the transaction.
  • Grow a database of property owners and prospective investors to increase your reach, influence, and earning potential.
  • Initiate and improve relationships with hundreds of CRE investors through client outreach, proposal generation, and assignment execution.

Qualifications:

  • Accepting. We have proven systems in place. We have a talented staff. We will give you coaching. The more you accept from others, the more you’ll grow, and the more success you’ll see.
  • Assertive. We want to partner with someone who won’t take no for an answer, who will be relentless in their follow up, and who moves mountains simply because they can.
  • Disciplined. You must be able to come to work every day and do the right things, even when your success tempts you to take your foot off the gas.
  • Educated. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Real Estate or other related discipline is strongly preferred.
  • Ethical. Our business relies on trust. If you fail to act ethically at all times, not only will you hinder your own success, but you will damage ours as well.
  • Licensed. We’ll be patient for the right candidate if they don’t have a current Texas real estate license, but it is a major plus.
  • Independent. A successful agent drives their own business by taking proactive action and assuming accountability for the results.
  • Intelligent. The ability to process new information quickly and to formulate nearly instantaneous solutions.
  • Organized. Research, databasing, cold calls, client meetings, proposal presentations, marketing your listings, negotiating with buyers, post-close relationship management. You have to keep it all straight without letting something slip through the cracks.
  • Patient. Building a successful business takes time. We want someone who can handle the journey.
  • Resilient. Agents deal with rejection, discouragement, and downturns in the market. You must overcome them. The strong will not only survive, but thrive.
